Hewigo High Efficiency helps deliver the Fillets® experience

Hewigo High Efficiency ranges are at the heart of a new experience in serving fish and chips. Fillets® is a new brand developed and delivered by Barry Alambritis of Double A Kebab and Anthony Christodoulou. “The aim is to build a brand and franchise with a reputation for excellent quality in excellent premises using excellent equipment,” says Barry.

Each of the new outlets in Peterborough, Sleaford, Lincoln and shortly in Mansfield is fitted with a Hewigo High Efficiency range with full length heated display unit, extensive matching servery counter and co-ordinated lighting.

Anthony Christodoulou who runs the Peterborough operation alongside wife Georgia says, “We have a long association with Hewigo. Thirty miles north in Sleaford, it’s a similar story on a larger scale. “As well as the take-away side we have a forty-seater restaurant.
